Bolton Electronics develop control systems for a variety of different industries such as concrete, food and drink, personal care, polymer, ceramics, paint, plastics, and rubber to name but a few. Each business has different applications and criteria that must be catered for, meaning we have to be versatile and adaptable to the customers needs.
We specialise in concrete batching plant control systems with satisfied customers across the UK and beyond, using products from our BE range. CBS control systems manage all sizes and types of batching plant in the readymix, construction site and precast product industries.
We also manufacture a range of load cell weighing equipment, including , indicators, amplifiers and controllers with optional analogue and serial interfaces. This weighing equipment is specifically designed for weighing, filling, feeding and metering applications.
Batch process control is also catered for using recipe based batch controllers ranging from a 1 ingredient, 10 recipe unit up to a multi-stage weighing and flow metering package all with batch report printing or computer links.
We provides full support and technical advice for all our control systems and weighing equipment.
